What You'll Bring

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) or equivalent qualification
• Current VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and advocacy for children's learning and wellbeing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress
• Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
• Mentor and collaborate with educators to promote quality practice
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
