Early Childhood Teacher (Full‑Time)

Location: 2/1A Wirraway Street, Tamworth NSW 2340 – Salary: $43.73 – $60.50 per hour.

Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider with over 130 centres across Australia. We are committed to child safety and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to plan and deliver high‑quality educational programs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Create engaging, play‑based learning experiences that support each child’s development.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
  • Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture.
  • Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • A genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
  • Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW or ability to obtain.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded.
  • Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
  • A genuine passion for child‑led learning and ongoing professional growth.
