Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) – $43.73–$60.50 per hour – Busy Bees at Woolloongabba

About the Role

Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider. We support educators to grow, lead and make a real difference in children’s lives across 130+ centres in Australia. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Woolloongabba team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality educational programmes aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Create engaging, play‑based learning experiences that support each child’s development.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture.
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Genuine commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW, VIC, SA, WA or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia (highly regarded).
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD.
• Genuine passion for child‑led learning and ongoing professional growth.
