We’re looking for passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a casual basis. If you're caring, energetic, and love making a positive difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements: Must be open to accepting 2-hour services. Must be available across weekdays and weekends. Full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle. Comprehensive car insurance. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain). Valid First Aid & CPR certificates. Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain). What We’re Looking For: Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. Experience with manual handling/hoist, high-care support, and challenging behaviours. Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN. Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients. Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access. Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities. Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities. Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
